What you will need:
- Curling Iron
- Hairband

What you will do:
1. Start by washing and drying your hair so its soft and clean.

2. Turn on the curling iron to medium.

3. When the curling iron is finished and heated up curl your hair part to part kinda like Debby’s

4. Add a hairband if you want but whe you put your hairband on put it over your bangs so your bangs with stick out like Debby’s

5. Now add hairspray and now you look like Debby Ryan. If you need any help just look at the picture.
